Privacy Policy
Your photos live on hardware you own. We can't see them, we don't host them, and we never sell your information. Below is the plain-language version, then the full details.
The promise: we never ask for or store your home Wi-Fi password, your photo library never passes through us, and the system runs on hardware you own. We only keep what we need to contact you and ship your Vault.
This is a placeholder describing HavenVault’s actual practices — replace it with reviewed legal copy before launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, request a recommendation, or reserve a package, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the details you share about your current storage setup. If you reserve and pay, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we don’t store your card number.
What we don’t collect
We do not access, copy, host, or scan your photo library. Your files stay on your HavenVault hardware in your home or studio. We never request your Wi-Fi password — you connect the system to your own network yourself during setup.
How we use your information
To respond to you, recommend the right package, build and ship your Vault, provide support during your protection plan, and send occasional service updates. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the tools needed to run the service — email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and analytics — each handling only what their function requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@havenvault.net.
