Terms of Service

What HavenVault is, what a reservation means, how your Vault reaches you, and what the protection plan covers.

Last updated · September 2026

This is a placeholder describing HavenVault’s actual practices — replace it with reviewed legal copy before launch.

What HavenVault is

HavenVault is a prebuilt hardware product: we assemble, configure and test a private storage system (NAS) with redundancy and preconfigured remote access, then ship it to you ready to plug in, with a one-year protection plan. HavenVault is a project of HavenLabs LLC.

Reservations & pricing

Joining the waitlist holds founding pricing and is free; no charge is made until your Vault is confirmed for build and shipment. Founding pricing applies to first-run reservations and may end without notice for new customers.

Delivery & setup

Vaults are built and tested in Ogden, Utah, then shipped to the address you provide. No in-home installation is required: you place the unit, connect power and join it to your own network using the included quick-start guide. You’re responsible for providing power, space and a working home network.

Protection plan

Every Vault includes a one-year HavenVault protection plan covering remote support and guidance, including walking you through a drive replacement if one fails. RAID redundancy keeps your files available; it is not a substitute for an off-site backup, which we’re happy to advise on.

Your data & ownership

You own the hardware and everything stored on it. HavenVault is not liable for data loss resulting from misuse, removing drives improperly, or declining recommended backup practices.
